It can be a 1 owner, 2 owners, or a full search of the specified property which includes the Taxes, Maps, Starters/Easements, Property Documents and Judgments/Liens/Bankruptcy documents with included search results. ►Combined them all into a PDF file with bookmarks for easy navigation and examination. Examined the gathered documents and check for any discrepancies like break in chain of deed owners, typos in the documents, legal not matching with other documents, and many more. ►Send an email to helpdesk for any major error/s found like legal description not matching with other documents, then asked for advice on how to proceed with the order. ►After examination of the order. It will be keyed into the system like Title Management to generate and upload a Title Report.
