Every month we have a bank reconcilliation, and as an audit in-charge we have this system used to validate the right amount of cash deposited that reflected on the passbook before we close the account. If ever some amount were not reflected or there is discrepancy to the amount we will notify the accounting in-charge to reverse or correct the amount.

In and out of items through transferred documents from another warehouses. Reconciling missing items generated through the system Double checking the documents versus system input.
