I help general contractors and builders in the US and Australia move faster from plans to bid-ready numbers — accurate takeoffs, organized bid packages, and reliable subcontractor sourcing, without the overhead of an in-house estimator.

I work as a Site Engineer on residential construction projects, which means I read plans the way a contractor does — I understand how quantities translate into actual site sequencing, material delivery, and scope, not just numbers on a spreadsheet. That on-the-ground perspective helps me catch takeoff gaps or scope mismatches that a purely desk-based estimator might miss.

On the digital side, I do quantity takeoffs in Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift, and I'm Procore Certified for project documentation and workflow support. Beyond takeoffs, I also handle bid tendering and bid leveling — comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes side-by-side so you can make faster, more confident award decisions. I actively reach out to subcontractors and suppliers to source quotes, track responses, and keep your bid timeline moving without you having to chase people down.
