Hi! I'm Grace- an experienced Amazon OA Product Researcher and Distribution/Wholesale Operations VA with almost 2 years of Amazon sourcing experience and 1 year in a distribution business supporting B2B wholesale operations.

Amazon Product Research (OA and Wholesale)
-Finding winning products/leads that will generate sales, increase profit, and boost ROI based on the given criteria.
-Finding and qualifying suppliers such as distributors, closeout suppliers, liquidators, importers, and brands
-Requesting catalogs (when available) or sourcing directly from supplier websites
-Helping build long-term supplier partnerships for wholesale/B2B selling

Wholesale Operations & Order Management
-Managing client orders and submitting purchase orders to suppliers
-Collecting and submitting shipping labels
-Tracking and monitoring orders end-to-end
-Communicating with suppliers and clients
-Sending invoices and ensuring order details are complete and accurate
-Reconciling orders

Client Account Verification & Admin Support
-Verifying new client accounts and ensuring required documents are submitted (e.g., purchase agreements and resale certificates) before approval
-Monitoring compliance and keeping records organized

VA Hiring, Training & Team Support
-Aside from operations work, I also handle recruitment and training for virtual assistants.
-Creating and posting job on OnlineJobs.ph
-Screening applicants and conducting interviews
-Training newly hired VAs and selecting the best candidates
-Conducting VA check-ins and performance monitoring
-Recording and tracking VA payments
