Accounting Associate

I am responsible for producing and maintaining financial records accurately. Receiving the purchase order from purchase department, receiving the invoice from vendor, validating and verifying the PO and invoice, and seeking approval for payment preparation to vendor. And finally record all transactions to general ledger.

Currently working as an Accounting Associate in a Real Estate Company. Assigned to Accounts Payable team. Processing of payments and invoices regularly.

Invoicing customers, track and monitor payments made and still owed. Account balance of accounts receivables. I also manage collections, deductions, bad debts and write off.

Conduct audit on previous days cash and non-cash transactions. Check accuracy of branch inventory based on inventory records, physical inventory count and actual stock movements.

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Providing administrative support to staff, organizing files and arranging meetings and travel for executives.

Prepares, process and filing monthly and quarterly withholding tax payable, vat payable and other remittances related to Bureau of Internal Revenue including other branches of SM Store Nationwide.

Reconciling of bank statement of the company versus accounting records. Comparing the list of issued checks and deposits to the checks shown and identify uncleared checks and deposit in transit.
