I have work experience in customer service, IT Admin from call center(s) industries Business Process Outsource, Fast Food Chains, Restaurants, and Sales.
Effective communication and understanding customer’s needs through their satisfaction is one of my strengths; deal with irate customers to turn around their experiences which I have learned from previous training and experiences being an inbound and outbound call center agent, System Admin, sales, and in the
fast-food industry.

As a current System Administrator, I provide concierge quality support for various higher-level technical issues that Tier 2 or Tier 1 employees that cannot resolve. Fixing issues remotely using powerful tools and monitoring all our clients’ networks using our sophisticated industry tool suites.

With my experiences, I ensure that I will contribute more to your company’s success. As a former Trainer - Team Leader specializing in providing technical support, systems collections, customer service, and sales; I am a very goal-directed, hardworking individual. I work well under pressure, honest self-motivated achiever, eager to learn, and efficient.
