Trainer and Content Developer

As an Instructional Designer, I create engaging and effective learning activities and content that enhance retention and transfer for various audiences and contexts. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Asian College of Technology, which gives me a solid foundation in the principles and practices of the hospitality industry. I have more than four years of experience as a Trainer and Content Developer at RealPage, Inc., where I managed knowledge transfer, material development, and training delivery for the Operations team. I collaborated with the Quality team and management across sites to identify gaps and develop solutions and measurable training. I also created and modified contents for e-learning through Adobe Captivate, a skill that I am proficient in along with web design. Prior to that, I was a Technical Support Representative at SYKES, where I supported calls from users with inquiries regarding their phone, internet, and cable services concerns. I applied my knowledge of the services and the technology to guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes and resolve problems in a timely manner. I am a detail-driven, tech-savvy, and exceptional communicator, who is passionate about facilitating and designing learning experiences that meet the needs and goals of the learners and the organization. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders in the learning and development field.
