Profile Description

I am Nazerdan Vincent Baluran, from Philippines. Previously I worked in a  BPO industry. I started my career as a Customer representative and is responsible for taking inbound calls. I was part of the Account LOB which is responsible to answer general account questions and inquiries, account updates and changes, sales and billing concerns. I was also a part of Technical LOB, where we receive calls for troubleshooting devices and technical walk throughs for devices purchased from our company. I was also a Supervisor in the same company, where I led a team that consists of 10-15 agents, handling agent's day to day activities, coaching, mentoring, making sure to handle team KPI and some admin tasks. Then I was also an Operations Manager where I handle a community consisting of 5 supervisors with their respective teams. I had an experience handling both Account and Technical LOB. I am responsible of my supervisor's day to day activities, coach and mentor them, Strategic planning and execution, Team leadership and Performance management, process and improvement, Customer experience and quality assurance and Create a comfortable and fun to work environment. I was also part of a Data management team as a Data Entry specialist where we mostly sort, update and upload information of our clients into our CRM. I also had an experience as a billing specialist and a quality control in a healthcare environment. As a billing specialist we map out the charges for our client's bill using availity and as a quality control we make sure to proofread, check the details and ensure the quality of work passed to approve for therapists pay. I also had a short experience as an Executive Assistant where I specifically worked for calendar management, email management, social media management and outbound calls for cold calling. We used Ringcentral, GoDaddy email, spreadsheets and calendly.
Along the course of my career, I have gained skills and experiences that helped me be capable of producing excellent results in the company that I worked for. It helped me be able to grow even better in my communication skills being able to comprehend and communicate well in voice, great attention to detail, a problem solver and critical thinking. Helped me hone my leadership skills, Also helped me improve on being adaptable and being able to learn fast in a different environment which molded me to be a better employee. Thus making me a good fit for any role that you may see me fit.
