Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon virtual assistant with more than six years of experience in product research and account management. I help business owners level up their Amazon presence and revenue through my skills and expertise.

I have extensive experience in product research, having started in 2019 as a product sourcing specialist for an online arbitrage business, and later transitioned to supporting an Amazon wholesale business. I also took on different admin roles, including account management through Seller Central (reimbursements, stranded inventory, account health, AMZ cases), inventory monitoring and planning, purchasing, prep center-related tasks, vetting leads from junior product researchers, and lastly, communicating with brands, distributors, and other third-party services.

I have a strong understanding of Keepa, relying on graphs and historical data to make informed buying decisions. Aside from Keepa, other tools I have recently used include AZ Insight, Analyzer Tool, SmartScout, Seller Snap, ClickUp, and Airtable. I am also willing to learn any other applications that may be crucial in performing future responsibilities.

I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. I also trained under Legendary VAs for product sourcing and under Sandbox VA for basic Amazon PPC.
