I have worked as a Financial Analyst & Project Management Officer for almost 8 years in Accenture. Below are few of my contributions to the company:
• Created a dynamic variance analysis working file that computes the discrepancy of payroll cost and non-payroll cost from previous month forecast to current month actuals. Managers were able to easily understand the financial statement report and make fast financial planning after implementing this effective working file throughout the life of the project.
• Automated a working file which reconciles the timesheets logged in SharePoint versus the timesheets logged in an Accounting
• Created an invoice generator which shows the service hours burned by each employee multiplied by its respective rates, discounts applied, write ups, previous month forecast versus current month actuals, remarks of variances and total bill pre and post GST.
• Within 1 year of being a Senior Analyst, I’ve helped to win a total of 24 contracts or deals that increased the sales of the company and have been involved in the mobilization of each contract.
• Conducted brown bag sessions within the team about Pricing, Variance Analysis, Sales Booking Process, Invoicing, Cost Investigation, Reconciliation and how to navigate the company’s Accounting Software.
• Conducted mentoring sessions within the team on the end-to-end process of Accounting Cycle.
• Was assigned as a Sub lead.
