I am a Certified Public Accountant with 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, supporting global accounts across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and previously other Asia Pacific region. Over the years, I've developed strong expertise in reconciliation, reporting, accounts payable, and process improvement, while also managing accounts receivable processes for large-scale operations. I'm highly proficient in systems such as Oracle, JDE, FloQast, Hubble, QuickBooks, and Xero, which has allowed me to streamline workflows and improve accuracy in financial reporting.

What motivates me is achieving results and contributing to efficiency improvements, especially during high-pressure periods like month-end closings. Recently, I transitioned into an Assistant Accountant role to gain broader exposure to global processes, which aligns with my long-term goal of advancing into higher accounting positions. At this stage, I'm looking for opportunities where I can leverage my technical expertise and leadership experience in a permanent work-from-home setup, ideally on a night shift, while continuing to grow professionally.
