I am a licensed Civil Engineer with 3+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project coordination across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in both the U.S. and Philippine markets.
Currently working remotely for a U.S.-based structural steel contractor, I specialize in Division 5 Metals estimation, managing 10 to 15 active bid packages simultaneously with consistent 2 to 3 day turnarounds. Before that, I handled 40+ bid proposals per month for a New York-based fire protection company, covering multi-story commercial buildings and residential installations, including FDNY compliance documentation.
My experience covers the full estimating cycle: reviewing construction documents and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, preparing BOQs and BOMs, cross-referencing vendor quotes, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and managing bid submissions from start to finish.
