Shopify Developer and Store Manager with hands-on experience running a 4,600+ product European e-commerce store end to end. I work across performance optimization, Liquid theme development, Shopify Flow automation, and B2B operations.

- Lifted live mobile PageSpeed from 12 to 51 and desktop from 19 to 71 on a store running 30+ apps
- Reduced LCP from 28.4s to under 3s and CLS from 0.507 to essentially zero
- Built a custom Liquid B2B order confirmation email with VAT reverse charge logic for EU customers
