Profile Description
I'm a Civil Engineer specializing in cost estimating and structural design. Over the past 7 years, I have worked on more than 41 projects, including buildings, drainage systems, roads, bridges, and flood control structures.

As an estimator, I use Bluebeam Revu for fast and accurate quantity takeoffs, material estimates, and project cost analysis. I also review plans, specifications, and construction details carefully to ensure accurate budgeting and minimize cost discrepancies during construction.
Despite relying on digital tools, I still conduct regular site visits because real-world site conditions often affect quantities, constructability, scheduling, and overall project costs. This practical field experience helps me produce more realistic and reliable estimates while coordinating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
