Profile Description

4 years of experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant and Systems Support Specialist who helps founders, physicians, and growing teams build organized, efficient, and scalable operations.

My core strength is bringing structure to complex businesses. 

I support multiple clients by managing marketing systems, automation, content workflows, and day-to-day operations so leaders can stay focused on high-impact work.

I work extensively across GoHighLevel, where I build and manage funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, memberships, communities, and CRM systems end to end. 

I also support website builds and updates using Squarespace, Kajabi, WordPress, Wix, and GoHighLevel, ensuring everything connects cleanly across platforms.

Beyond systems, I support content and marketing operations, including social media management, content scheduling, light design and video editing, and backend organization. 

I currently volunteer as a social media manager for a local church as a way to give back and serve with excellence.

On the operations side, I provide executive and administrative support, including project coordination, documentation, SOP creation, inbox and calendar support, and internal process optimization. 

I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing moving parts across multiple teams and tools.

I’m known for being reliable, adaptable, and proactive. I take a strong ownership mindset, communicate clearly, and operate with integrity in every engagement. 

I approach my work with a service-first mentality and a commitment to doing things well.

I’m also purpose-driven in my work. From time to time, I mentor and train aspiring virtual assistants at no cost as a way of sharing the skills, opportunities, and resources I’ve been blessed with.
