I have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, honed through years of handling administrative, financial, and employee-related data in various government roles. I use Excel not only for basic data entry and tabulation, but also for advanced functions that improve data accuracy, automate processes, and support decision-making. I regularly utilize formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, COUNTIFS, and SUMIFS to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently. I also use data validation tools like dropdown lists to standardize entries, and conditional formatting to highlight discrepancies or flag required actions, which helps ensure data integrity at all times. One of my notable contributions involved integrating multiple Excel-based reports (e.g., Business Name Registration Tracking and Monthly Collections) into a single, formula-driven template—dramatically reducing the time spent on report preparation and minimizing errors. In addition, I’ve supported digital transformation initiatives by transitioning manual Excel workflows into collaborative online systems, such as converting spreadsheets to Google Sheets for real-time collaboration, while maintaining Excel's advanced capabilities. My Excel experience supports my ability to work independently, identify and resolve data inconsistencies, and deliver organized and accurate outputs under tight deadlines.

I have extensive experience in data entry and information management across various administrative and technical roles in government service. My work has consistently required a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and speed, particularly in managing employee records, business name registrations, financial reports, and other sensitive data. I’ve successfully developed and maintained databases in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and customized systems using Google Apps Script to streamline data collection and reduce manual errors. During my time as a Business Name Officer and Administrative Officer, I handled large volumes of data—from encoding client applications to generating monthly financial and statistical reports submitted to internal and external agencies such as the Commission on Audit and Bureau of Treasury. To ensure data quality, I employed preventive measures like dropdown selections, conditional formatting, and formula-driven validation rules. I’ve also assisted in data migration and system transitions from manual to online platforms, enabling real-time collaboration and minimizing duplication or inconsistencies. Whether entering client information, verifying employee timesheets, or organizing datasets for performance monitoring, I always prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and timely output.

I have developed an electronic logbook for easy lookup of incoming and outgoing documents. Although it this was not implemented, I have also built an online DTR using the app during the pandemic.

With Google sheets as its database and Google Sites to host the site. I have built an online calendar booking of conference room. I also built an online inventory tagging system for easy collaboration with colleagues. I have also built mini webapps such as an online bingo board and an online random name picker suitable to my requirements for smooth facilitation of bingo games and pre-drawn raffle activities
