The first was from June 2016 to April 2022 in a Japanese electronics company. My role at that time was as Purchasing/Accounting Asst., where I worked for more than 5 years. By then, I was responsible for the purchase of machine parts needed for the assembly of production machines, negotiating, and communicating with suppliers concerning our purchasing needs. I was also responsible for reconciling invoices, inventories, and fixed assets of Machine and Equipment’s yearly audit to ensure the accuracy of our records. I also prepare the monthly inventory results for construction in progress.
Second is my current job as an audit associate in one of the "Big 4" firms, which started on May 2 last year and continues until the present. One of my responsibilities here is to obtain competent evidence to substantiate the fairness of the client's financial statements. In my short span of working here, I have already handled multiple accounts, such as payroll processes, purchases to accounts payable processes, inventory management, various expenses, and fixed asset management processes in real estate, power and utilities, manufacturing, and construction industries.
I am known as a comprehensive and well-organized team player. I keep my eye on the deadlines and handle the work pressure. I can handle multitasking and auditor queries easily. With the help of the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years, I look at the new opportunities in my career. For me to be at the next step in my career, I would like to associate myself with organizations like yours and add a working environment.
