I have experience with customer service for a financial account, and- I also have Experience as a virtual assistant for a cleaning company. As an appointment setter, I make bookings and assign them to cleaners. I also make outbound and inbound calls. I manage billing, payroll, Lead Generation, and social media. I got promoted after a couple of months as Hiring Manager, and I do the end-to-end process; luckily, I had a chance to manage the whole team as a Senior Operation Manager.
