Accuracy is critical when processing transactions like purchases, redemptions, transfers. Knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and how transactions work. Familiarity with trade settlement cycles, clearing, and custody processes. Proficiency in entering, verifying, and managing transaction data using software systems. Comfortable using investment management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, dataphile, Power BI). Strong Excel skills, and sometimes knowledge of databases or basic scripting. Understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other compliance rules. Ability to coordinate with traders, brokers, custodians, and clients for transaction confirmations and issue resolution. Efficiently handling exceptions or discrepancies and meeting tight deadlines.
