Hi, I’m Lara.
I started my real estate career in 2021 as a cold caller, but I was not trained to simply qualify leads. I was trained to understand sellers, uncover motivation, build real conversations, and help move deals forward.
Early on, I worked with the Four Pillars of a Motivated Seller: condition, timeline, motivation, and price. That foundation taught me how real estate deals are created, not just from scripts, but from understanding people, asking the right questions, and knowing how to connect seller problems to investor solutions.
Over time, I moved from cold calling into lead management, acquisitions support, outbound marketing, dispositions, and full backend system operations for real estate investors.
I have worked inside tools like REIReply, GoHighLevel, Launch Control, PropStream, BatchLeads, Privy, PropertyRadar, CRMs, dialers, Google Sheets, Notion, and ActiveCampaign. I have written SMS campaigns, supported 10DLC-conscious messaging, pulled and organized government lists, managed cold calling workflows, helped train VAs, built SOPs, and helped keep the front-end marketing engine running.
I also expanded into dispositions, where I supported buyer outreach, buyer qualification, deal marketing, follow-up systems, and dispo campaign organization. This helped me understand how acquisitions, marketing, and dispositions connect as one revenue system instead of separate tasks.
Today, my work has moved deeper into real estate marketing systems, automation architecture, and SaaS launch support.
For a real estate wholesale company, I support investor marketing and dispositions workflows, including deal marketing, buyer communication, SMS and
For a PropTech SaaS startup, I help build the marketing and automation infrastructure behind the customer journey. This includes ActiveCampaign lifecycle planning, automation logic,
My Computer Science background helps me think beyond tasks. I think in systems, logic, workflows, and outcomes. I can translate business goals into processes, automations, SOPs, and clear execution steps that a team can actually follow.
I am strongest in roles where the business needs someone who can understand the real estate operation, organize the moving parts, build the backend structure, and help turn scattered ideas into a working system.
I bring a mix of real estate experience, technical thinking, marketing operations, automation planning, and strong execution.
Two books still shape how I work:
“You Can’t Teach a Kid to Ride a Bike at a Seminar” taught me how to sell with a process.
“Never Split the Difference” taught me how to communicate with empathy, clarity, and leverage.
I am looking to work with real estate investors, PropTech founders, SaaS teams, or operators who need someone who can do more than follow instructions. I work best with business owners who value structure, clear thinking, ownership, and long-term execution.
I do not just complete tasks.
I help build the system behind the work.
