Tasks:
* Set up and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (cold, warm, and retargeting)
* Build smart campaign structures (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
* Do audience research and pick the right targeting for each brand
* Write or refine basic ad copy and choose the best creatives from our team
* Test different angles, hooks, audiences, and offers
* Watch key metrics daily (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, AOV, spend)
* Turn off losers (non-performing ads) quickly and push budget into winners
* Prepare simple weekly performance summaries 
* Work with the creative team to request new ad ideas based on data
* Help build testing plans for new offers, products, and landing pages
