WordPress Content & Optimization Specialist (Philippines, Remote)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Philippines-based WordPress specialist to help manage and improve multiple websites on an ongoing basis.

This role is a mix of content implementation, page optimization, and light troubleshooting. I will provide the content, direction, and priorities. Your job is to accurately publish, format, optimize, and improve pages across several WordPress sites.

What you’ll be doing:

Add new content to multiple WordPress websites based on content and instructions I provide

Format pages properly using the page builder or editor already in use

Optimize pages for usability, layout, internal linking, headings, images, and basic on-page SEO

Update existing pages when revisions are needed

Troubleshoot WordPress issues where possible

Identify plugin, theme, formatting, mobile, or page-speed issues and help resolve them

Work carefully across multiple sites without breaking layouts or live pages

Communicate clearly about what was completed, what needs attention, and any issues found

Requirements:

Strong experience with WordPress

Comfortable working with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools

Full Access to an LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, etc)

Strong attention to detail with formatting and layout

Able to follow written instructions closely

Familiar with basic on-page SEO best practices

Able to troubleshoot common WordPress issues

Comfortable working across multiple websites

Good written English

Organized, responsive, and dependable

Nice to have:

Experience with Rank Math or Yoast

Familiarity with image compression, caching, and page-speed improvements

Experience with basic CSS edits

Experience with troubleshooting plugin conflicts or broken layouts

Experience working with service business websites or SEO-focused websites

Compensation:

Part-time or full-time depending on fit

Competitive pay based on experience and speed
