Hiring ASAP! We are seeking a skilled and creative website designer who excels in creating visually engaging and high converting functional websites.

Requirements:

Have 5-10 Websites that you can share showcasing your experience
Website Development & Design: Develop, manage, and optimize visually stunning and user-friendly Shopify website. Utilize PageFly for dynamic page building, incorporating advanced animations, and ensuring responsive design across devices.

Custom CSS/HTML: Ability to read, check, and Implement custom CSS and HTML code to enhance website functionality and design, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.

Performance Optimization: Regularly test and optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and user experience.

Graphic Design and Development: Ability to take concepts and design new pages and sections for our website.
If you have experience with image and video generation tools that a bonus

Participate in weekly strategy meetings to align with our marketing objectives and adapt your designs accordingly.
Education & Mentorship: Educate our team on best practices in web design, animation, and 3D integration, helping to elevate our overall digital presence.

Daily Responsibilities:
Website Management, design, and development of landing pages, advertorials, listicles, etc
Working 1on1 with our director to build things together

Recaps: Share daily updates via Loom videos, highlighting your completed tasks, any obstacles encountered, and areas where team input is needed.

Ongoing Development: Continuously refine and enhance website elements based on user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging design trends.
