Web Design Project Manager

This is a project management position. You will coordinate, delegate, and own the delivery of client projects across our team. When you are not in coordination mode, you are building websites yourself — in WIX, Wordpress or GoHighLevel. Your design skill is what makes you effective as a PM here. You understand the work well enough to scope it, delegate it, review it, and step in to execute it when needed.

You will report to our Operations Manager and work alongside our paid media, automation, and content tea ---------- mbers. Your job is to make sure nothing slips and QA/QC is conducted.

Project Management Responsibilities

1. Coordinate website and marketing delivery projects from kickoff to completion
2. Break down project scope, create briefs, and delegate tasks to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers
3. Track timelines, revision rounds, and deliverable status across active projects
4. Communicate clearly on project updates and flag issues before they become problems
5. Ensure every deliverable meets the client's vision before it leaves the team
6. Review and QA all copy and content going into client websites — advanced written English is required


Website Design Responsibilities

• Build complete, refined websites in GoHighLevel, WordPress, and Wix
• Use AI tools to generate the initial framework and structure, then apply your design skill to refine and elevate the output — this is mandatory and non-negotiable (AI to enhance, not replace)
• Implement on-page SEO from the very first build: heading hierarchy, metadata, image optimization, internal linking, and page speed
• Deliver a complete, polished single page site in under 48 hours

+ Advanced English, written and spoken — you will read, QA, and flag copy issues on every project

+ The ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing quality or pace

Compensation
$900 to $1,100 USD per month depending on qualifications, paid weekly. Growth available as the team and project volume scales.
