Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Media Company
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing real estate media company. You'll play a key role in managing projects, ensuring quality control, communicating with clients, and helping our team stay on schedule.
Responsibilities
Project & Media Management
* Schedule and organize media deliveries through Aryeo.
* Organize photos, videos, and project files.
* Rearrange photo galleries for optimal presentation.
* Upload completed media to delivery platforms.
* Manage project files and maintain organized workflows.
IGUIDE Management
* Upload iGUIDE floor plan scans.
* Download and upload floor plans and 3D tour links to client delivery pages.
* Verify all links and files are working correctly before delivery.
Quality Control (
* Review completed photo and video projects before delivery.
* Check for spelling mistakes, incorrect property addresses, and formatting issues.
* Review music selection and overall video quality.
* Create clear revision requests for editors when needed.
* Ensure all projects meet company quality standards.
Team Coordination
* Monitor project progress using Trello and Slack.
* Keep editors and photographers on schedule.
* Follow up with tea
* Help coordinate daily workflow and communicate updates.
Client Support
* Respond to client
* Book and schedule media appointments.
* Assist clients with questions and delivery updates.
* Maintain excellent customer service throughout each project.
YouTube Management
* Upload completed property tour videos.
* Optimize titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
* Organize videos and playlists.
Social Media & Content Support
* Research trending audio, content ideas, and industry trends.
* Create social media posts for clients.
* Write engaging property tour scripts.
* Develop creative concepts for short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
* Assist with content planning and scheduling.
Ideal Candidate
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
* Comfortable learning new software and systems.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience with Trello, Slack, Google Workspace,
* Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
* Interest in real estate, photography, or video production is a bonus.
