Virtual Assistant – Customer Support (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in a customer support role. This position is centered on delivering exceptional client experiences through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

The ideal candidate must have strong written and spoken English skills, with a clear speaking voice and minimal accent, as you will be interacting directly with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and responding to customer emails and messages in a timely manner, supporting client onboarding, troubleshooting issues with a service-oriented approach, and coordinating with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure a seamless customer experience. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail is required in all interactions.
