HiCleaners is a Massachusetts-based exterior cleaning company specializing in roof cleaning, house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Call existing HiCleaners clients using our provided client list.
Offer a free exterior mold and algae inspection.
Send a text message and leave a voicemail if client doesn’t answer.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English.
Previous customer service or outbound calling experience preferred.
Friendly, professional phone manner.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM software, and VoIP phone systems.
Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Compensation

Hourly pay: depending on experience
Performance bonus for qualified inspections booked.
Flexible part-time schedule (10–25 hours per week).

Positive attitude.
Organized and dependable.
Enjoys talking with customers.
Can handle objections politely.
Experience with appointment setting is a plus.
