We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline our back-office operations. We have recently updated our tech stack and are looking for someone to take organizational admin tasks off our plate.
Your first major project will be a critical data migration: consolidating our historical employee time cards from various legacy systems and accurately inputting them into our new HR software, Rippling. Once this project is complete, the role will transition into ongoing organizational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Migration (Immediate Priority): Extract, format, and accurately input historical time card data from multiple older platforms into Rippling.
Data Integrity & QA: Cross-reference data to ensure 100?curacy across logged hours, dates, and employee profiles.
Organizational Admin: Assist with general back-office organization, file management, and the standardization of our new tech stack processes.
Ongoing Support: Take over routine administrative tasks as they arise to keep the team focused on core operations.
Requirements:
Extreme Attention to Detail: You will be handling payroll-adjacent data; accuracy is absolutely critical.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable logging into new platforms, exporting data (CSV/Excel), and learning new software quickly. (Experience with Rippling is a massive plus, but not required).
High Discretion: You will be handling sensitive HR and employee information. Trustworthiness and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
Strong Spreadsheet Skills: Ability to format, clean, and organize data in Google Sheets or Excel before importing it into our HRIS.
