JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong English skills, a strong internet connection, and hands-on expertise in the following tools:

1. HubSpot
2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
3. Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
4. Zoom
5. Gmail

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and pre-defined criteria to identify and generate high-quality leads.
• Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
Email Management: Review, respond to, and filter emails based on provided guidelines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Proficiency in English
• Social media management experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
