Virtual Assistant (Sales Support & Operations)
**Part-Time (Progression to Full-Time) | Remote | UK Time Zone**
We're looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This isn't a typical VA role—we're looking for someone who enjoys getting involved in all aspects of a fast-growing business and is excited to grow with us.
Initially, this is a **part-time position**, but as the business expands, we expect the role to become **full-time**, with increased responsibility and opportunities for career progression.
About the Role
You'll work alongside our existing VA, supporting our sales team and helping keep the business organised, efficient and moving forward.
No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating sales appointments and managing diaries, the next updating our website, creating documents with AI, organising projects, or helping with marketing and social media.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.
Essential Experience
You must have experience with:
* WordPress (essential)
* Gmail / Google Workspace
* Slack
* Trello (or similar project management software)
* AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity
* CRM systems and sales administration
* Diary management and scheduling
* Lead allocation and sales team support
* General business administration
* Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs, Sheets and Drive
Sales Support Responsibilities
* Managing sales representatives' diaries
* Allocating and distributing new leads
* Monitoring appointment schedules
* Ensuring sales administration is accurate and up to date
* Following internal processes and checklists
* Supporting the management team with day-to-day operations
* Liaising confidently with the sales team by phone,
Additional Responsibilities
We're specifically looking for someone with a broad range of skills who is happy to work beyond a traditional VA role, including:
* Updating and maintaining our WordPress website
* Assisting with social media content and scheduling
* Creating documents, presentations and business materials
* Conducting online research
* Assisting with business setup projects
* Using AI to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
* Supporting new business initiatives as they arise
* Helping improve internal systems and processes
* Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
