# Video Editor / Content VA

Calioh Coffee needs someone who can turn raw video into usable content.

We create content around coffee, café operations, roasting, training, founder commentary, products, client projects, and behind-the-scenes business work.

You will help with:

* Editing long-form videos for YouTube, training, and education
* Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
* Cutting long videos into multiple short clips
* Adding captions/subtitles
* Adding simple text overlays
* Cleaning up audio where possible
* Creating covers/thumbnails when needed
* Finding strong ---------- nts in raw footage
* Organizing finished files clearly
* Preparing content assets for the marketing assistant to publish

You should be:

* Good at both long-form and short-form editing
* Strong at pacing, structure, and clip selection
* Clean with captions and basic graphics
* Able to follow examples
* Organized with file names and folders
* Reliable on turnaround times
* Comfortable receiving feedback

* Final Cut
* DaVinci Resolve
* Google Drive
* Google Docs
* Google Sheets
* Slack
* Loom
* Fireflies
* ChatGPT

This is not a strategy role. This is an editing role. I need someone who can take raw footage and make it usable across long-form and short-form platforms.
