Video Editor

We are looking for a highly creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our team at ---------- , a
fast-growing nationwide contractor directory.

Your primary role will be editing high-energy, engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and social media ads
aimed at both homeowners and contractors. We need someone who understands modern social media pacing, hooks, and trends.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging 15 to 60-second vertical videos.
• Add dynamic captions (Hormozi style), sound effects, and transitions to maximize viewer retention.
• Source high-quality B-roll and trending audio tracks.
• Repurpose longer videos or screen recordings into punchy, bite-sized clips.
• Work closely with our team to brainstorm creative ad angles.
• Deliver 5 to 10 short-form videos per week (depending on complexity).

Requirements:

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut PC, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, pacing, and what makes a video "scroll-stopping."
• Excellent English comprehension (you must be able to understand the context of the videos to place text graphics accurately).
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling 4K video rendering.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous short-form or ad editing work.
