Expectations of the Role
Produce 7-14 short-form videos per week, aligned with Quantum’s brand guidelines and platform standards.
Produce 1 long-form video per week, maintaining quality and consistency.
Edit 3-5 sales/funnel videos per month, as needed.
Support content research and the development of newscript batches.
Help update and maintain content tracking tools, scheduling calendars, and publishing timelines (with support from the team).
Upload, or coordinate the uploading of, video content to relevant social media platforms.
Use our tools CapCut, Claude, Vista Social, and HubSpot to produce and manage video efficiently.
Build strong relationships with the team, respond promptly to internal communications, and exemplify our core values and culture.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce short-form & long-form videos using CapCut or equivalent editing tools.
Edit sales and funnel videos as needed to support marketing campaigns.
Assist with content research and preparing new batches of scripts.
Update and maintain content tracking tools, scheduling calendars, and publishing timelines (with team’s support).
Upload or coordinate the uploading of video content to relevant social media platforms.
Collaborate with the team mainly via Slack and HubSpot, reporting progress and meeting deadlines.
Learn and apply AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve editing efficiency, per current company direction.
Ensure all video content aligns with Quantum’s brand guidelines and platform standards.
Work independently and manage time effectively to meet weekly output targets.
