We’re looking for a short-form video editor/content creator to help edit videos for our TikTok Shop ----------

This is for someone who already understands TikTok Shop content and knows how to edit videos that keep retention high and drive conversions.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience editing TikTok Shop content
* Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and conversions
* Can make videos feel native to TikTok
* Fast-paced editing style
* Knows current TikTok Shop trends/styles
* Good with captions, sound effects, zooms, cuts, product emphasis, etc.
* Able to turn raw footage into high-converting content

Content Style

* Short-form vertical videos
* Clean, fast edits
* Attention-grabbing first 3 seconds
* Natural/non-corporate feel
* Conversion-focused without feeling overly salesy

Paid Test

We’ll start with a paid test project to see if we’re a good long-term fit.
