The Role
We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role,
you’ll be responsible for editing engaging, high-quality videos tailored for use across social
media and websites. You will be working with long-form content and transforming it into
captivating short-form stories that resonate with audiences.

Responsibilities
? Edit short clips from long-form source videos for publishing
? Add captions using text overlays or .srt files
? Format videos for various social media trends (e.g. ---------- -style, vertical videos, 4:5
aspect ratio)
? Collaborate with team leads to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery
? Stay updated with social media trends and apply best practices in editing
? Occasionally bring creative ideas to the table while staying within brand guidelines

Requirements
? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
? Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate AI into the editing process
? Must be AI-literate, including strong working knowledge of ChatGPT and Gemini
(Google AI)
? Prior experience editing videos for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok,
YouTube, etc.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow timestamp-specific editing instructions
? Creative mindset with the ability to innovate while following set processes
? Background in digital marketing is a plus (but not required)

Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless editing experience, applicants must meet the following technical specs:
? CPU: Ryzen 5 or Intel Core i7 (minimum)
? RAM: 16 GB or higher
? GPU: Dedicated video card with 4GB (e.g. RX570 or GTX 1050)
? Internet: Stable connection, minimum 25 Mbps (wired preferred)
? Headset: Noise-canceling preferred
? Webcam: Functional webcam for meetings and collaboration
