We are looking for a total crusher.

Skilled at Premiere Pro

Able to fix poor audio

Takes pride in their work

Follows through

Returns work before the deadlines

Is looking for long-term employment with 1 company (not juggling multiple)

Week to week, you will:

- Pull and organize weekly raw footage from our Google Drive

- Edit full-length episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro: clean cuts, balanced audio, color and LUTs applied, awkward host ---------- nts and BTS removed, branded intro and outro graphics in place

- Export final episodes in high resolution (both our 22-minute and 40 to 48 minute formats) and file them correctly under Final Episodes

- Cut individual segments

- Generate social clips for each episode

- Maintain clean, standardized folder structure in Google Drive so nothing gets lost

- Upload approved episodes to our platform

- Keep the task sheet and dashboard current on every episode, and flag missing assets or technical issues immediately

- Move episodes through our review chain

- Jump on special projects when leadership calls: sizzle reels, highlight cuts, promo overlays, urgent social turnarounds
