Thumbnail Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Thumbnail Designer to create high-quality YouTube thumbnails for our channel.

The ideal candidate should be able to recreate the visual quality and style shown in the reference channels while maintaining consistent branding across all thumbnails.

Responsibilities

* Create professional YouTube thumbnails based on the provided script and title.
* Work independently with minimal guidance.
* Maintain a consistent visual style and branding across the channel.
* Design thumbnails optimized for high click-through rates.

Requirements

* Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails.
* Strong understanding of composition, typography, lighting, and visual storytelling.
* Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design software.
* Good knowledge of the Star Wars universe.
* Ability to accurately replicate the style and quality of the reference thumbnails.
* Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
* English reading skills sufficient to understand scripts and titles.

Compensation

* $8 per thumbnail.
