Thumbnail Designer

We’re looking for a Thumbnail Designer to create engaging YouTube thumbnails for our channels.

Responsibilities

* Design 3 YouTube thumbnails per day.
* Create eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails.
* Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across the channel.
* Deliver work on time and incorporate feedback when needed.

Requirements

* Experience designing YouTube thumbnails.
* Good written English.
* Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and click-worthy design.
* Consistent quality and reliable turnaround times.
* Hardworking, detail-oriented, and communicative.
* Portfolio is required.

Salary

* $160 USD per month
* Monthly payments.

Tools

We use Loom, Trello, and Google Drive for communication, task management, and file sharing. You should be comfortable working with these platforms.
