JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a well-rounded Technical Support Specialist to provide remote voice and non-voice support across Microsoft, Google Workspace, and macOS environments.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, communicates clearly, works independently, and takes initiative in improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote voice and non-voice technical support
Troubleshoot Microsoft, Google Workspace, and macOS environments
Maintain and improve the company’s SharePoint environment
Assist with Power Automate workflows and automation projects
Recommend improvements to internal systems and processes
Support Microsoft AI-powered solutions when applicable

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft environments
Experience with Google Workspace and macOS
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate
Excellent remote troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Professional and confident phone communication
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability during the required EST schedule

Highly Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Codex, or similar AI tools
Broad IT support experience across multiple technologies
Experience improving workflows, infrastructure, or internal processes
