We're growing our remote team and looking for a Technical Support Specialist who loves solving problems and helping people. Whether you're an experienced support professional or a fresh graduate with a strong willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:
- Help customers by answering questions through our support channels with clear, friendly, and professional communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions
- Create, update, and monitor Jira tickets, and escalate issues when needed
- Learn about each customer's business so you can provide personalized support
- Share basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practice recommendations with guidance from the team
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to think beyond scripted responses
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM or ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Full-time, remote
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
