You'll help customers resolve technical issues, answer questions, and deliver exceptional support. You'll also take time to understand each customer's business so you can provide personalized solutions. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and learning new tools, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries through our support channels with professionalism and care
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Create, update, and manage Jira tickets, escalating issues when necessary
- Learn each customer's business to deliver personalized support
- Share basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) recommendations with guidance from the team
- Collaborate with teammates to provide an outstanding customer experience
Requirements (MUST HAVE):
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Great attention to detail and the ability to think beyond scripted responses
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Nice to Have:
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or the tech industry
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM or ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Full-time, remote
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
