JOB OVERVIEW

The Vibe:
We are a fast-growing Home Services SaaS platform in aggressive development mode. We are shipping code daily. We have massive components ready to test right now. We need a Tactical Lead who can handle a high-volume testing environment.

The Role:
You are the "Gatekeeper" between our development team and our users. You will not just manage a spreadsheet; you will be in the trenches testing complex logic (like Payroll and Permissions) while managing other testers.

Responsibilities:
Triage the Chaos: Review incoming GitHub Issues from other testers. Verify they are reproducible and labeled correctly before assigning them to developers.
Broad Testing: Immediately start testing major components (Payroll, Portals) to establish a baseline of quality.
Gap Analysis: Don’t just check for bugs; check for intent. If a user workflow feels clunky or is a "dead end," you must flag it.

Requirements:
Technical Intuition: You have a "developer-lite" mindset. You know how to inspect a browser console and understand SaaS architecture.
GitHub Native: You are comfortable working inside GitHub Issues.
Leadership: Experience managing a small team of testers
