Technical Project Manager

Managed services provider seeks project manager to interface with customers and manage resource allocation, assignments, ticket touch points, and project deliverables. Candidates must be self-sufficient, goal oriented, and capable of driving deliverables and deadlines with consistent outreach, resource delegation, and hands-on resolution as often as necessary to meet deliverable goals. The ideal candidate has a software or hosting support background and background in writing technical specifications and test cases.

Candidates must have had at least 3 years experience working as a technical experience in a related field (software, msp, or agency).
