Cedar Haven Financial Group is building a modern financial services company focused on helping individuals and families fortify their financial future through education, technology, and exceptional service.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage software—we're looking for someone to build the operational systems that allow our company to scale.

Your primary responsibility will be designing, building, and maintaining the technology, automations, CRM, websites, and customer journeys that power our business. Once Cedar Haven is running smoothly, you'll also help build systems for our other companies.

This is a long-term opportunity with significant room for growth.

What You'll Own

Client onboarding

AI & Voice Systems

Build and maintain:

AI appointment setters

Maintain and improve:

Company website
Landing pages
Forms
Calendars
Tracking

Build systems from concept to completion.
Test everything before launch.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Document every system you build.
Continuously improve our operations.

You can design and build the complete workflow.

When I launch a new offer, I should be able to hand you the messaging and customer journey, and you should be able to build the technical infrastructure from start to finish.

Growth Opportunity

Your initial focus will be Cedar Haven Financial Group, but as our company grows you'll help build systems across multiple businesses.

This role has the opportunity to grow into a leadership position overseeing operations, systems, and automation across our entire portfolio of companies.
