As our Software Automation Specialist, you’ll be the architect and operator behind the systems that keep our workflows seamless, our data accurate, and our operations running without friction. Your mission: design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations — from simple triggers to deeply integrated cross-platform workflows — across HubSpot, Zapier, OpenPhone, and other essential tools.

We’re looking for someone highly technical, curious, and relentless about optimization — a systems thinker who spots inefficiencies, solves problems before they escalate, and builds automation infrastructure that scales smoothly.
