Software Delivery Coordinator - SaaS application - Daytime Shift

Australian software company looking for an experienced Software Delivery Coordinator to join our growing development team.

You will work directly with our CTO, helping turn software ideas into completed features ready for release. We care about building software that is easy to use. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how users work and helping shape software that is intuitive and well documented.

This is not a general project management role.

The role is focused on SaaS software delivery. You will clarify requirements, prepare feature specifications, coordinate development, perform QA, produce documentation and ensure features are ready for production.

If your experience has mainly been managing marketing campaigns, social media, content, events or non-software projects, this role is probably not the right fit.

** WHAT YOU'LL DO **
- Clarify software requirements before development begins
- Create user workflows and simple mockups
- Write clear feature specifications and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate work through our Scrum process
- Work closely with developers throughout implementation
- Test completed features against the documented requirements
- Report bugs clearly and verify fixes
- Prepare release notes, user guides and handover documentation
- Ensure features are complete before production release
- Keep projects moving and follow up outstanding work

** WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR **
- Previous experience delivering software features
- Experience working with developers on web or mobile applications
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience creating requirements for software applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently close tasks
- Someone who naturally thinks from the user's perspective when reviewing software
