Short form Editor

We’re hiring a highly skilled global short-form video editor who can create fast-paced, high-end, complex edits for social media.

This is not a basic CapCut role. We are not looking for cheap edits, simple jump cuts, preset templates, or low-effort caption videos. These edits need to feel premium, intentional, and advanced.

The right editor should be able to create high-retention videos with strong pacing, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, visual effects, and detailed frame-by-frame editing. For context, some edits may require 10–15 intentional cuts, movements, or visual ---------- nts inside a 7-second video. These are not easy edits. They are high-level, fast-paced, and complex.

You must be skilled in After Effects and confident creating dynamic captions, kinetic typography, zooms, overlays, smooth transitions, speed ramps, masking, tracking, effects, texture, and clean animations that feel modern and expensive.

We need someone who can take raw footage and turn it into a polished, scroll-stopping piece of content that holds attention from the first second.

Requirements:
Strong After Effects skills
Advanced short-form editing experience
Fast-paced editing style
High-level motion graphics and caption animation
Strong understanding of pacing, retention, and visual storytelling
Ability to create 10–15+ intentional visual beats in very short edits
Clean transitions, effects, zooms, and sound design
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow creative direction and match brand style
Reliable turnaround times
Experience editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and ad-style content
