Shopify & E-commerce Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a Shopify & E-commerce Assistant to help manage and continuously improve our Shopify websites. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and optimising Shopify stores, creating engaging product pages, and supporting the day-to-day operations of an online business.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Management
Build and maintain Shopify websites
Create and update product pages
Upload and optimise product images and videos
Write and edit product descriptions
Create collections and organise navigation
Set up discounts and promotional campaigns
Manage inventory and product variants
Configure shipping settings and fulfilment options
Install and configure Shopify apps
Troubleshoot Shopify issues
Website Design & Optimisation
Design and update homepage layouts
Create landing pages
Improve website layout and user experience (UX)
Optimise mobile responsiveness
Ensure branding is consistent across the website
Test website functionality and fix issues
Graphic Design & Content
Design banners and promotional graphics
Edit product photos
Create packaging mock-ups
Design marketing materials using Canva or Photoshop
Produce basic social media content
Marketing
Create Shopify Email or Klaviyo campaigns
Assist with new product launches
Implement basic SEO improvements
Update blog posts and website content
Order & Customer Support
Monitor customer orders
Assist with fulfilment and shipping
Update tracking information
Handle basic customer enquiries
Process returns and exchanges
General Administration
Data entry
Product and competitor research
Supplier communication
General virtual assistant tasks
We're Looking For Someone With
Strong Shopify experience
A good eye for website design and layout
Experience creating high-converting product pages
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
Excellent written English
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
