We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who knows how to build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that actually move the needle. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to automate processes, streamline project tracking, and create real-time dashboards that help us scale smarter — not harder.

This isn’t a bloated corporate org — your work will directly impact how the business runs.

?? What You’ll Do
Build and maintain custom objects, flows, automations, and integrations
Optimize and streamline project management tools inside Salesforce
Create reports and dashboards for team performance and KPI tracking
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions
Troubleshoot bugs, improve workflows, and support user adoption
Help integrate Salesforce with other tools (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
? Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Deep understanding of Lightning components, Flows, Apex, and API integrations
Ability to build scalable automations without overengineering
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with non-technical teams
Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred), other certifications a plus

Experience in service-based or project-driven businesses
Knowledge of Field Service Lightning or similar tools
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom integrations
