Your Role:

As a part of our Outbound Sales Team, your main responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services
Qualify prospects and generate new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings

What We’re Looking For:

At least College level or Senior High School Graduate
With BPO experience (voice account preferred)
Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications
Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City and night shift schedule (11pm to 8am).
